Q1: Will this fit my [specific make/model]?A: This cover is designed as a true universal fit for 98% of vehicles worldwide — sedans (compact through full-size), all SUV sizes, pickup trucks (crew cab and extended cab), Jeeps, minivans, and electric vehicles. The adjustable headrest straps accommodate different headrest post spacing (10–18 cm apart). The only exceptions are some luxury vehicles with fixed/non-removable headrests or unusually narrow rear benches — contact us if unsure.

Q2: What is the center armrest zipper for?A: Many cars have a fold-down center armrest or cup holders in the middle of the rear bench. Instead of forcing you to remove the whole cover to access it, we built a zipper down the center back panel. Just unzip the section over your armrest, fold it down, and zip it partially closed around the sides — you get full armrest access while keeping the rest of the seat protected.

Q3: Can my dog still jump into the front seat with this installed?A: When configured in full hammock mode (side flaps draped over front seat backs), the cover creates a physical barrier that discourages most dogs from jumping forward. However, for highly determined dogs, we recommend using the included safety leash attachment (SKU-1) to connect your dog's harness to a fixed point on the cover. This keeps them safely in the back area. Alternatively, you can flip the side flaps UP for "shared seating" mode if you sometimes want a human passenger in the back too.

Q4: How do I clean it? Is it machine washable?A: Yes! For routine cleaning, simply wipe down with a damp cloth — mud, hair, and dust come off the waterproof surface easily. For deeper cleaning (after beach trips, muddy hikes, or accidents), the cover is machine washable at 30C (86F) on gentle cycle. Use mild detergent, no bleach. Air dry preferred (tumble dry low heat acceptable). Do not iron — the waterproof coating can be damaged by high heat.

Q5: What is the difference between SKU-1 and SKU-2?A: The only meaningful difference is: SKU-1 includes a safety belt leash attachment and has a mesh anti-slip backing; SKU-2 does not include the safety leash but has an enhanced drip-plastic PVC bottom that offers slightly superior waterproof performance. If your customers value the complete pet-safety package, choose SKU-1. If you are targeting budget-conscious buyers who already own harness/leash setups, SKU-2 offers better margins.
